Description

Optoelectronic devices can detect and store visual information, making them attractive for future bionic eyes or automated vision systems. Here, we present a photonic organic synapse based on photon-modulated electrochemical doping. We measured the photonic characteristics and synaptic-like functions of our devices to demonstrate how they work. We also used experiment to support the mechanism of the synaptic behaviors of our devices. These experimental results are included in this dataset, which is used to support the manuscript 'Organic Optoelectronic Synapse Based on Photon-Modulated Electrochemical Doping.'
